We will market your property through the MLS, social media, Internet sites and will have your property shown by licensed Realtors.

We will screen the applicants, which include a full national credit and criminal background check and will verify previous rental history. We will conduct employment verifications and tenant must make 3 times the amount of rent to qualify.

We will discuss the tenant application with you prior to your approving or declining an applicant. All leases are prepared by an attorney. Full move-in and move-out inspections where tenant must be present and sign off on inspection.

Tenants can report any property issues through our online portal system and will be addressed within a 24-hour timeframe. We will perform routine property inspections for condition issues.

We offer a multi-home discount. Owners have easy access through our online portal system with a full suite of reporting tools. Owner income is direct deposited into your account on the 10th of each month or the next business day if it falls on a weekend or holiday.

We offer an online platform with electronic signature capability to quickly process the rental placement. We will post notices, if necessary, for any HOA violations, unpaid rents, etc. If you have a non-paying tenant then we will organize and handle the eviction process for you.
